Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains our position on payments and refunds for My Retirement Coach.
No refunds
All subscription fees and payments are non refundable, in whole or in part. This includes unused time, partial billing periods, and any period during which you did not use the Service. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Try before you pay
We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before any charge. We encourage you to use the trial period to decide whether the Service is right for you. If you do not wish to be billed, cancel before your trial ends.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access until that period ends. Cancelling does not generate a refund for the current or any prior period.
Price changes
If we change subscription pricing, the new price applies to future billing periods only. Continuing your subscription after a price change means you accept the new price.
Exceptions
Where a non refundable policy is prohibited by applicable law, we will comply with that law to the limited extent required. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
